JC Buckman Refund Policy
Conditions for Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns: Products purchased from JC Buckman are eligible for returns only if they are found to have a defect. (Product should be defective upon delivery):
(i). Customer Should have Original Receipt and Packaging of the Product.
(ii) Refund Policy Must be within stipulated time period of receipt of the product
2. Defining a Defective Product: A defective product is one that has a flaw or fault in its design, materials, or workmanship that significantly impairs its functionality or quality.
3. Returns for Change of Mind: JC Buckman does not accept returns for products due to a change of mind.We recommend carefully considering your purchase before completing it.
4. Condition of Returned Products: If a product is eligible for return due to a defect, it must be returned in its original form and condition, including the packaging. Any alterations to the product or its packaging may void the return eligibility.
5. Return Fee: A return fee will be charged by JC Buckman to cover processing and restocking costs of AED 300
6. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product.This includes both the cost of returning the item to JC Buckman and any associated fees.
7. How to Request a Refund for a Defective Product: To request a refund for a defective product, customers must follow these steps: a. Contact our customer support team at JC Buckman b. Provide the order number, a description of the defect, and photographic evidence, if possible. c. Our customer support team will assess the information provided and guide you through the return process if the product is deemed defective.
8. Inspection and Verification: Once the request is received, JC Buckman may inspect the product to verify the defect.This may include requesting the customer to return the item for further examination.
9.JC Buckman will be final decision maker in determining whether or not the product can be returned.
