JC Buckman provides on-site warranty services to its esteemed customers.
On receiving the defective product, our technicians will decide in their absolute discretion whether or not the defect
is valid.
Warranty for the repaired / replaced product/ item/ part shall only be valid for the remaining duration that the
original date of warranty covers.
This warranty service will be invalidated if:
Defects in any product that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal
working conditions including, without limitation, failure to follow JC Buckman instructions with respect to
installation and usage (whether verbal or in writing).
This warranty shall be subjected to the following limitations and exclusions:
A). Malfunctions or damage resulting from any natural disaster, fire and or accidents
B). Defects from using wrong electrical supply, misuse or damage by negligence. This warranty will immediately be
ceased and void if the product is found to have been modified, tampered or repaired by an unauthorized person.
This local warranty applies to the country of original purchase only. Once the product is transported out of the
country of original purchase, local
warranty is invalidated.
